We appreciate your generosity.

In February 2019 a very active member of the Polish-American community in Minneapolis, Przemysław Kozłowski, suffered a near-fatal cardiac incident. He was transported to the hospital, underwent lifesaving surgery and spent several weeks in the intensive care unit. Unfortunately, due to the weak circulation, he lost his left leg. The doctors feared that he might also lose his other leg and kidneys, but they are slowly resuming normal function.

Thankfully, Przemek survived the aortic dissection and has already started his rehabilitation therapy.Przemek is the sole provider to his family, wife Aneta and two young boys. It is still uncertain how his condition will affect his job performance. The Polish-American community began collecting funds to help offset medical costs and to help provide financial support to his family at this very difficult time.
